I offer remote treatment to adults, children and young people.
1. Accessibility. Often there are many barriers to accessing face-to-face therapy. For instance, if you live in a rural area, have limited access to public transport or do not drive, have mobility difficulties. Remote therapy can help eliminate some of the geographical obstacles. Location or distance should no longer be a barrier- you can access therapy via your smart phone, tablet or laptop.
2. Time. Life can be hectic! In the everyday chaos finding time for yourself can be a struggle. Whether you have a busy work schedule, have care commitments, remote therapy can fit around your availability.
3. Privacy. Your therapy sessions can be in the comfort of your home or chosen location, no need of worrying of who you may see in the waiting room!
4. Social distancing. Remote therapy eliminates any COVID-19 related risks.
