I’m Sonia Sear, an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with over 10 years’ experience in NHS and private practice.

I also provide specialist SEND support within schools.

"Really good, you have formed a really good relationship with me, I look forward to the sessions which I have never had before. I like the detail you go into explaining what causes anxiety, knowing I am not on my own."

"Sonia has been really great and has helped us put some tools and techniques in place to help my child, so I feel we are in a better place. I’d like to pass on my thanks to Sonia. She has been a wonderful therapist, I loved the manner in how she approached and worked with my child, even when my child wasn’t as responsive. Sonia was also incredibly flexible in agreeing early morning sessions, which meant it was feasible and easy for me to support my child in attending – I am so grateful for the this."
