I’m Sonia Sear, a CBT Psychotherapist supporting adults, children, and young people to understand what’s happening and find a way forward.

I’m Sonia Sear, a CBT Psychotherapist with over 10 years’ experience across NHS and private practice.


I’ve supported people through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including more complex situations, always with a calm and structured approach.
